Overview
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer refunds or replacements after this period.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must:
- Be damaged or defective upon receipt, or
- Be incorrectly shipped (wrong item or quantity)
- Remain unused and in its original packaging
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Products that are not damaged or defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund if replacement is unavailable
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Returning Items
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Do not send any product back without prior confirmation.
